Household chemical - Household chemicals found in just about any home, spills, and incorrect mixtures can be very toxic.

Terrorism - In today's day and age, we must constantly be aware of terrorist events, both internationally and domestic alike.

Thunderstorm - Thunderstorms do occur in the area primarily in the spring and fall.
